Live Updates About Our Commitments During COVID19

Dear Signeasy community,

The last couple of months have gone by at a completely unfamiliar pace. Some of you may be reading this from home, and some of you may slowly be going back to the office. Others may be somewhere in between.

Since the first few moments of the lockdown, Signeasy has maintained an ongoing work-from-home policy for every department in our global team. COVID-19 has in no way impacted our ability to work as a unified team and deliver the same essential services as always – and it never will. While times are still uncertain as this situation continues to evolve every day, you can rely on Signeasy no matter what.

As small businesses and freelancers pursue their ongoing fight to survive, we stay committed to doing our part to ease their burden. We are still offering significant discounts on our monthly and annual business subscriptions, so small businesses can have a little more money in their pocket during this financial crunch. More specifically, we are offering:

* 30% off individual plans for desktop
* Free upgrades and plan extensions for our small business customers
* Free upgrades for customers working in NGOs, education, healthcare, or other sectors involved in the COVID-19 relief effort – simply get in touch with [email protected] to claim the offer.

The discounted plans will be available directly in the product, and you don’t need to do anything special to claim them. You’ll see the discount automatically applied at checkout here.

You can continue to count on the same super-responsive online support as always, on a 24/7 basis, no matter what. Aside from the special discounts, we are happy to extend your trial or provide any consultation and guidance you need to sign your important documents — just send us an email at [email protected]. We will be happy to help.

We have been extending help to SMBs and our customers in applying to the Paycheck Protection Program loans. When the Small Business Association (SBA) rolled out their Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), we jumped at the chance to streamline the application process for our users. There was limited funding available for PPP loans, so we knew we had to act fast.

Within 48 hours, we added a section on the Signeasy dashboard that allowed borrowers to access the PPP application form directly, then eSign it in a flash and submit it to the SBA. We also made it easy for lenders to integrate our API directly into their existing platforms for fast, easy loan approvals.

Whether you’re a die-hard Signeasy user or have only just started dabbling with eSignatures, you’re officially part of a movement. We shared our insights with the industry about the explosive popularity of eSigning in the age of COVID-19 and remote work.

While this remote work revolution has unfortunately occurred under difficult circumstances, we feel fortunate about being able to help customers ensure business continuity. To users old and new: thank you for choosing us. Companies, teams, and partners are using Signeasy to stay connected and feel less stressed about signing and filling out important paperwork.

We hope you and your family and community are healthy and safe in these unprecedented times. We are always just a phone call or email away, to help make this transition easier for you and your business.

Please stay healthy and safe.

– Sunil and the Signeasy team
