Abstract
Creativity is the ability of individuals to create and develop creative ideas as problem solving in a problem that occurs in their environment, especially their work environment. The sustainability of the creative industry is highly dependent on employees who are able to maintain their creativity at work. With the Covid-19 pandemic, employees really need encouragement and support from the company. However, due to the current weakening of the creative industry, there are more layoffs than support that employees need. This phenomenon is one of the obstacles in the growth of employee creativity in the creative industry. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived organizational support on employee creativity during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods, namely research that is used to determine whether there is a correlation between two or more variables. The subjects of this research are SMEs in the field of creativity (woven, pottery, wood crafts, engraving, handycrafts, and others). The data collection instrument used is the Perceived Organizational Support scale and the Employee Creativity scale.
