What Can Google Ads Support Help You With?
First, Google Ads support can’t tell you which keywords to target or optimisations to perform in your account.

They’re not a substitute for an experienced Google Ads specialist.

However, they can help you with:

Ad Setup
Setting up your first campaign is crucial – but challenging. Google Ads support can help with pointers; in some cases, they may guide you through the process.

If you hit a snag or something glitches out, they can help you troubleshoot.

Google Ads Support Can Help with Technical Campaign Questions
If you’re not sure which campaign type to choose or which setting to tick on/off, Google Ads support can help.

What Google Ads Support Won’t Help You With
Google Ads support isn’t an ad management service. They won’t look deeply into your account to help you understand why you’re not getting higher returns or evaluate if you’re targeting audiences correctly.

Think of them as your technical support people, and contact a PPC consultant to improve your results.

How to contact Google Ads support
There are several ways to get in touch with Google Ads support, but in each case,your first step isthe Google Ads Help Center.

You’ll find the option to contact the support team at the bottom of the page.

To see the different contact options, you can click on Contact Us. Answer a few questions and select options regarding your issue.

In addition to the standard contact modes – email and live chat, you’ll also get suggestions for FAQ articles and resources.

Depending on your location, some options will be greyed out as they’re only available at specific times of the day and in specific countries.

How to Contact Google Ads Support by Phone
Hopping on a call with a Google Ads support team representative is the most effective way to solve any issues. Still, you need to contact them during their work hours.

Click on the Call Usoption in the contact options box. You’ll get the support number for your country.

How to Contact Google Ads Support via Email
Click on the Emailoption and enter:

* Your name
* Your Google Advertiser ID
* Your contact email
* The date when the issue appeared
* A summary of the issue
* How you would like the support team to respond (call or email)

Email takes longer than a phone call, but it’s always available – regardless of Google’s work hours.

How to Contact Google Ads Support through Online Chat
Finally, if you don’t like talking on the phone and email takes too long, you can get in touch with them via chat.

Select the Chatoption and fill in the required fields. You’ll see a chat window pop open, and someone from the Google Ads support team will be with you shortly (if it’s within their operational hours).

Other Ways to Get Help with Google Ads
Community Support
In addition to contacting Google directly, you can use community support.

Click the ‘Ask the community’ button in the Help Center, and you’ll be taken to a page where you can post a question. Other advertisers might respond with possible solutions.

Similarly, you can Google your issue to see if anyone has any advice. Reddit is helpful, and you’ll find plenty of articles for maximising your Google Ads success on my blog.

Google’s support team is excellent at resolving technical issues. Still, there’s more to Google Ads than just making sure you’ve switched on the correct settings.

Google Ads Support: Useful or Not?
Google Ads is incredible, but setting it up can be challenging for business owners busy running their businesses. Even when you get a Google rep on the phone, they’re almost exclusively only tech support.

They can troubleshoot, resolve billing issues, and show you the ropes of Google Ads. But they can’t fine-tune your ad account.
